Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information HeartSync keeps, why we keep it, and who can see it. We only collect what we need to run a safe dating community. We do not sell your information.
1. What we collect

2. Why we use it
- To create your account, let you log in and reset your password.
- To show you members who fit what you are looking for, and to show you to them.
- To deliver your messages to your matches.
- To keep HeartSync safe: stop spam, check reports and suspend accounts that break our Terms.
- To give you support and manage Premium.
3. Where it is stored
HeartSync runs on Google Firebase. Your information is stored on Google’s secure servers and is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access rules on the server make sure members can only read what they are allowed to see. Google may store data in countries other than yours.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We only share it with the services that run HeartSync (Google Firebase), or when the law requires it, for example a valid request from the police.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, photos and contact details. Messages you sent to others may stay in their chat history. Some records may be kept for a short time if the law requires it or to stop someone who was removed from joining again.
6. Your choices and rights
- See and change your profile at any time on your Profile page.
- Block anyone so they can no longer see you or contact you.
- Delete your account by asking in the support chat.
- Get a copy of your information by asking in the support chat.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have more rights under local law. Contact us and we will help.
7. Cookies and browser storage
We use your browser’s storage only to keep you logged in and remember small settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Age
HeartSync is only for people aged 18 or older. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we remove it.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in an important way, we will show a notice on the site.
