Terms of Service

Welcome to HeartSync. By creating an account or using HeartSync you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who can join

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may have only one account, and it must be about you — your real age, your own photos and true information.
• You may not join if you have been removed from HeartSync before, or if the law does not allow you to use a service like this.

2. Your account

• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• Use an email address you can open — we use it to help you reset your password.
• If you forget your password, use “Forgot password?” on the login page or ask our support team for a reset link. We never ask for your password.

3. How to behave

HeartSync only works when people feel safe. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk or insult anyone, or send hateful content.
• Send sexual content without consent, or any content involving minors.
• Ask anyone for money, gift cards, crypto or bank details, or promote any business or scheme.
• Pretend to be someone else, use other people’s photos, or create fake accounts.
• Share another member’s private information without their permission.
• Try to hack, scrape, overload or get around the security of HeartSync.

4. Matches and messages

Only members who have both liked each other can chat. You can block or report anyone at any time. You are responsible for what you send. We do not check every member’s background, so please follow our safety tips and be careful when meeting someone in person.

5. Premium

• HeartSync is free to use. Premium is optional and gives extra features, such as more likes per day.
• Premium is arranged through our support chat. The price, length and payment method are confirmed with you in the chat before you pay.
• Premium ends on the date shown in your account and does not renew by itself.
• If your account is suspended for breaking these terms, unused Premium time is not refunded, unless the law says otherwise.

6. Suspending accounts

We may warn, suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk, with or without notice. If you think we made a mistake, contact support and we will review it.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You allow HeartSync to show them to other members and to store them so the service works. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

8. No guarantees

We work hard to keep HeartSync running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, or that you will find a match. HeartSync is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the behaviour of members on or off HeartSync.

9. Leaving

You can stop using HeartSync at any time. To delete your account and data, send a request through the support chat.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we make important changes, we will show a notice on the site. Using HeartSync after a change means you accept the new terms.
